Azam have outclassed KMKM 5-2 in a thrilling second semi-final match of the contest at the same venue on Thursday night.
For Simba, they ousted KVZ 2-0 at the same facility on Wednesday night to march into the last phase of the competition.
This means the Union Super League title is heading to Tanzania mainland as two teams from the Isles (KVZ and KMKM) are knocked out.
